Lok Adalats are organized by the Committee as per Section 19 & 20 under Chapter VI of the Act for deciding pending appeals in motor accident claim cases, pending as well as pre-litigative bank recovery matters, electricity bill disputes, matrimonial cases,Labour and service law matters,DDA and MCD matters etc.
