“Fee / Honorarium to Advocates/Mediators"
This is to inform all the empanelled Advocates who are undergoing Training in Mediation that Hon’ble Mr. Justice Manmohan Sarin, Chairman of the Committee, has approved payment of honorarium /fee to advocates / mediators as follows:-
- Rs.3500/- for each successful mediation
- Rs.1250/- for each unsuccessful mediation
The payment would commence after mediator has completed a minimum of seven mediations out of which three mediations are successfully completed. |
