The Committee is going to organize Lok Adalat for taking up pending electricity matters in the High Court, criminal complaints before Special Electricity Courts as well as pre-litigative cases involving BSES, RPL & YPL on 15th and 29.03. 2008.  BSES, RPL & YPL have already issued a public advertisement in the ‘Times of India’ and ‘Nav Bharat’ in their edition dated 19.02.2008. 

The parties who are desirous of referring their cases are enjoined upon to approach office of the Committee at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Place, Gole Market, New Delhi for their consent with particulars of the case from 25.02.2008 to 01.03.2008.
