The Website of the Committee was launched on 01.02.2008 in a function organized in the High Court.  Hon'ble Mr. Justice Arijit Pasayat, Judge Supreme Court of India and Chairman Supreme Court Legal Services Committee, who was the Chief Guest on the occasion along with Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dalveer Bhandari, Judge Supreme Court who was the First Chairman of the Committee after its constitution on 10.03. 2000
 
Hon'ble Dr. Justice M.K.Sharma, Chief Justice Delhi High Court and his Companion Judges of the High Court also graced the occasion along with Office Bearers of High Court Bar Association and Office Bearers of other Bar Associations in Delhi, Empanelled Lawyers and other dignitaries.
