Applications are invited for engagement of three Junior Stenographers (English) on contract basis. The Stenographers so appointed shall be paid a consolidated sum of Rs.7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Only) per month. Willing applicants may send their applications, along with testimonials and one passport-size photograph addressed to the Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, 34-37, Lawyers Chamber, High Court of Delhi, New Delhi – 110 003, so as to reach this Committee on or before 30th April, 2008. Applications received after the said date will not be entertained.
Conditions of eligibility for the post:
1. Minimum Educational Qualification : Graduate from a recognized University
2. Knowledge : Shorthand speed @ 80 w.p.m.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years (as on 01.01.2008) for candidates belonging to General Category. Age relaxation will however be admissible to SC/ST/OBC and handicapped candidates upto the age of 32 years.

Such of the candidates as are found to be eligible shall be required to undergo Stenography Test at the speed of 80 w.p.m. and those who qualify in the shorthand test would be called for typing test on computer at the speed of 40 w.p.m
