This is to inform all the lawyers and litigants that the Committee is going to organize Mega Lok Adalat in the High Court on Saturday 10th May 2008 under the auspices of NALSA.

As informed by Hon’ble Chairman of the Committee, Hon’ble Chief Justice of India shall be inaugurating the Lok Adalat.

The Committee is going to take up pending cases in the High Court in regard to Motor Accident Claim Cases, Labour matters, DTC Service Law matters, Electricity disputes, winding up petitions (where recovery of money is sought), matrimonial disputes etc.

Those who are desirous of referring the pending cases in the High Court for amicable settlement in the Lok Adalat may submit all necessary particulars of the case to the undersigned on or before 30th April, 2008.
